Looking for flexible casual work with a global financial services organisation?

MUFG Pension & Market Services is seeking reliable and professional Meeting Assistants to support our Annual General Meeting (AGM) season. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain exposure to the financial services industry while working alongside experienced Client Relationship Managers in a client-facing environment.

This is a casual, ad hoc position, with work available between 17 August and 12 December 2026. The volume of work will vary throughout the AGM season based on our clients' meeting schedules.

Location: Melbourne and Sydney

About the role

As a Meeting Assistant, you'll play an important role in ensuring our clients' shareholder meetings run smoothly. Working as part of our AGM team, you'll provide onsite support during meetings and deliver a professional experience for shareholders and attendees.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Greeting shareholders and meeting attendees
• Registering attendees using our meeting registration system
• Assisting with vote counting during meeting polls
• Supporting Client Relationship Managers with general meeting administration
• Completing other duties as required to ensure successful meeting delivery

About you

We're looking for people who are professional, reliable and enjoy working with people. You don't need previous financial services experience—we'll provide the training you need.
