The Role

Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will be responsible for providing high level technical support and the management & continuous improvement of our client’s hose & asset integrity management programs. We are looking for a self-motivated individual who thrives on being proactive for our customers all while providing an exceptional level of customer service.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Manage key hose management contract accounts

• Develop and review hose specifications and datasheets

• Maintain and update client asset registers in both Excel and our cloud based bespoke hose register software

• Proactive management of hose and related assets, including planning scheduled maintenance

• Report on audit findings and provide recommendations

• Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the HoseCo product range and offer product-related solutions

• Adhere to HSE standards and quality control procedures

• Support and promote HoseCo’s values

Skills and Experience

We are looking for someone who is:

• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic

• Able to work closely with others in a team environment, as well as autonomously when required

• Willing to adapt to changing business requirements

Our ideal candidate will have;

• Excellent Excel and Microsoft Office skills

• Previous experience in an asset maintenance related role

• Mechanical or related engineering degree preferable

• Previous experience with industrial and hydraulic hose & fittings preferred but not essential

The successful candidate will be required to provide a police check from within the last 12 months.
