Reporting to the Senior Administration Assistant, you'll be at the heart of our front office, providing a friendly and professional first point of contact while supporting the wider business with a range of administrative activities.

You'll be responsible for:

• Welcoming visitors, customers and contractors and ensuring they receive a great first impression.
• Managing incoming calls, enquiries, mail and courier deliveries.
• Monitoring shared inboxes and directing enquiries to the right people.
• Coordinating meeting rooms, visitors and site requirements.
• Keeping the reception and front office areas welcoming, organised and professional.
• Ordering and maintaining office, stationery and kitchen supplies.
• Supporting travel bookings, meetings and site events.
• Maintaining accurate records and supporting document management.
• Providing general administrative support across the business.
• Working closely with the administration team to keep things running smoothly.

You'll bring:

• Previous experience in reception, front office or administration.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• A warm, approachable and professional manner.
• Strong organisation and attention to detail.
• The ability to manage competing priorities in a busy environment.
• Sound Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Word and Excel.
• A proactive, flexible and team-focused attitude.
• A genuine willingness to learn and contribute.
