Sales & Enrolment Representative

$27/hr + up to $200/day bonus | Part-Time | Bella Vista Head Office

We're looking for confident communicators to join our sales & enrolments team at Alpha One Coaching College, Sydney's leading small-class tutoring centre. If you enjoy phone-based work, take pride in great customer service, and are driven by performance, this is the role for you.

As a Sales & Enrolment Representative, you'll:

• Call parents who've enquired about our tutoring programs

• Book students into free trial classes

• Follow up with leads and send confirmations

• Support families with re-enrolment or retention calls

• Maintain enrolment records in our internal system

Your work directly helps students get the exam preparation they need.

• $27/hr base rate (plus weekend loading rates if applicable), plus performance bonuses up to $200/day

• 2–3 weekday/weekend shifts (Mon–Fri, 9:30am–5:30pm/Sat-Sun, 11:30am-7:30pm)

• Flexible availability is preferred

Experience in sales, customer service or education is welcome – but not required.

• Alpha One Portal (enrolment & CRM system)

• Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail)
