Springwood Smiles, a family dental practice located in Gawler East SA, is seeking a dynamic and dedicated Dental Assistant with Dental Reception skills to join our team. This role is an excellent opportunity for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
This role is Part Time.

Your responsibilities
As a Dental Assistant you will:

• Assist chairside with a variety of dental procedures

• Set up, change over, and shut down surgeries

• Sterilizing and maintaining dental instruments and equipment

• Participate in team meetings and contributing to the overall operations of the practice

Occasionally, you will be required to do reception tasks. On reception, you will:

• Greet patients, and create a warm, welcoming environment

• Answer phones, schedule appointments, manage confirmations and handling payment processing

• Provide exceptional customer service and responding to patient enquires and concerns

About you
We're looking for someone who:

• Has previous experience as a Dental Assistant

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients

• Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail

• Proficient in using dental software and computer systems

• Commitment to providing high quality patient care and maintaining a professional demeanor

• Flexible and adaptable, able to work well in a team environment
