Dakabin Lead Educator and Diploma Qualified Educators

Kids Early Learning Centre Dakabin is a Reggio Emilia inspired early learning centre located in the northern suburbs of Brisbane. We are looking for a Lead Educator and diploma qualified confident and experienced educators to join our existing team. Catering for children aged six weeks to five years our facilities and philosophy are unrivalled in the Early Childhood Education industry.

At Dakabin Kids ELC, we have a fantastic opportunity at our centre where you will receive ongoing support from an experienced management team including an onsite Centre Manager. This is of course coupled with ample Professional Development opportunities to ensure quality implementation of the Reggio Emilia approach.

The successful applicant for this role will:

• Possess a genuine desire and commitment for working with children

• Take pride in the presentation of the centre

• MUST hold a Diploma in Children's Services.

• Be willing to work as part of a team to provide high quality care for children

• Express a genuine passion or interest in the Reggio Emilia philosophy

• Demonstrate excellent communication, organisation and time management skills

• Show a clear understanding of the NQF (National Quality Framework), EYLF (Early Years Learning Framework) and if applicable QKLG (Queensland Kindergarten Learning Guidelines)

• Available for Open and closing shifts.

• Ability to work as a float educator and confidently support different rooms and age groups throughout the centre.
