Taigum Qualified Educators

Kids Early Learning Centre Taigum is a Reggio Emilia inspired Early Learning Centre located in the northern suburbs of Brisbane. This beautiful double centre is licensed for 175 places a day across ten carefully curated studios. We are looking for confident and experienced educators to join our existing team. Catering for children aged six weeks to five years our facilities and philosophy are unrivalled in the Early Childhood Education industry. With a high-quality Sustainability program, large natural playgrounds and outdoor Ateliers, Taigum Kids Early Learning Centre really is the centre that Taigum children deserve.

We are currently seeking experienced and passionate Educators to join our wonderful team. The successful applicants will have ongoing mentoring from an experienced management team including an onsite Centre Manager, 2IC and Educational Leader as well as a supportive Operations Team and a Portfolio Manager.

The successful applicants for these roles will:

Essential Criteria:

• Possess a genuine desire and commitment for working with children

• Be willing to work as part of a team to provide high quality care for children

• Express a genuine passion or interest in the Reggio Emilia philosophy.

• Hold a Diploma OR Certificate III in Children's Services (or working towards)*

• Take pride in the presentation of the centre

• Demonstrate excellent communication, organisation and time management skills

• Show an understanding of the NQF (National Quality Framework), EYLF (Early Years Learning Framework) MTOP and if applicable QKLG (Queensland Kindergarten Learning Guidelines)
