Warehouse Supervisor

Air Diffusion Australia are a leader of innovation and manufacturer of ducted heating and cooling products, with dependable service to the trade. Air Diffusion is on a significant path of growth, and our branch at Eagle Farm, now has an opportunity for a Warehouse Supervisor to join our team.

We are seeking a full-time Warehouse Supervisor who is self-motivated and can lead a busy warehouse team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in warehouse operations and be physically fit to work in a fast-paced, high-volume warehouse. 

While previous experience in the Air Conditioning industry is preferred, it is not essential if the candidate has the ability to manage tasks and team members. This is a permanent, salaried position.

The successful applicant will possess the following:

• Warehouse Supervisor experience

• Current forklift & drivers license (essential).

• High attention to detail.

• Great communication skills.

• Computer literate with excellent customer skills.

• Ability to develop and implement Warehouse operational procedures

Responsibilities include:

• Managing and providing direction to the warehouse team to achieve a high level of productivity.

• Liaising with front counter and commercial staff to ensure appropriate stock levels.

• Ensure customer orders are fulfilled within time requirements.

• Stock organisation.

• Loading & Unloading of trucks.

• Forklift operation.

• Occasional deliveries.

• Maintaining cleanliness of the warehouse.
