What You Will Be DoingWe are seeking a visionary and influential Director, HR Business Partners to lead a newly evolved business partnering model that places strategic workforce planning, leadership capability, organisational performance and workforce transformation at the centre of everything we do. This role has been deliberately redesigned to strengthen our ability to partner with leaders, build organisational capability and create a contemporary, customer-focused People & Culture function for the future.Reporting directly to the Executive Director, People & Culture, you will lead a high-performing team of HR Business Partners and play a pivotal role in shaping workforce strategy, driving cultural change and supporting the delivery of NSLHD's strategic priorities.

How To ApplyApplicants are required to submit:A cover letter (2-3 pages) addressing the key selection criteria mentioned below.Extensive senior leadership experience leading strategic HR and People & Culture functions within a large, complex organisation.Demonstrated success designing and implementing workforce strategies, organisational development initiatives and transformational change programs that deliver measurable business outcomes.Proven ability to influence and partner with executive leaders and diverse stakeholders to drive organisational performance, workforce capability and cultural change.Significant experience leading the management of complex workforce, industrial and employee relations matters within a highly regulated environment.Demonstrated success building, leading and developing high-performing teams that deliver exceptional customer-focused services.Strong strategic, analytical and communication skills, including experience using workforce insights and data to inform decision-making and organisational reform.Essential RequirementsRelevant tertiary qualifications in Human Resources Management, Employee Relations, Business or other relevant field and/or extensive experience in human resources management in a large diverse organisation.Proven senior experience successfully leading people in line with the NSW Health CORE values, which has led to high performance, recognised quality outcomes and robust stakeholder relationships.
