Full-Time Glass Cutter

We are looking for an experienced and reliable Full-Time Glass Cutter to join our team here at Superior Glass (Brisbane) Pty Ltd.

The successful applicant will be responsible for accurately cutting and processing glass for our day-to-day operations, as well as assisting with in-house reglazing and general glass requirements.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Operating an Intermac laminated glass cutting table

• Operating a straight-line glass edger

• Operating a gantry crane safely and efficiently

• Cutting glass accurately to required sizes and specifications

• Completing in-house reglazing work as required

• Cutting glass for jobs as required

• Carrying out routine maintenance and basic upkeep of machinery

• Maintaining a clean, organised and safe work area

• Following workplace health and safety procedures

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience in glass cutting and processing

• Has experience operating glass cutting machinery

• Is confident working with machinery and equipment

• Can accurately measure and cut glass

• Takes pride in their workmanship

• Is reliable, safety-conscious and works well as part of a team

• Can work independently and manage their time effectively

Experience with Intermac cutting equipment, straight-line edgers and gantry cranes will be highly regarded.
