The Opportunity

As a Sales Consultant, you will play a key role in helping customers find the right vehicle while delivering an outstanding buying experience from initial enquiry through to vehicle handover.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer enquiries via phone, email, online leads, and showroom visits

• Welcome customers and create a positive first impression

• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable Chery vehicles

• Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives

• Maintain strong product knowledge and awareness of current promotions

• Follow up sales opportunities and maintain accurate CRM records

• Work closely with finance and aftersales departments to deliver a seamless customer experience

• Build lasting customer relationships to generate repeat and referral business

• Achieve individual sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction standards

About You

• Previous automotive sales experience is advantageous but not essential

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to achieve results

• Professional presentation and customer-focused attitude

• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

• Current Victorian Driver’s Licence
