Team Leader/Administration Manager

This is a great opportunity to join one of Melbourne’s leading providers of financial advice & Accounting services offering specialized, tailored advice & solutions for their diverse range of private clients. 

Working within a friendly & supportive administration team you will provide leadership & mentoring to support client administration & document management. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting Accountants with ASIC and client document administration 
• Dealing with client ATO correspondence
• Oversee & lead the administrative team
• Maintaining client database
• Coordinate appointments with clients

Knowledge and experience:

• Experience as an Administrator or Client Services Coordinator in a professional services environment
• Experience managing/mentoring a team 
• Excellent written and verbal interpersonal skills
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills
