Salary - $102,936.00 - $113,579.00 pa, plus superannuation and leave loading
Your role
We are looking for an outstanding individual to join a team of specialists responsible for the product operations of customer centric websites and intranets for the Department of Communities and Justice (DCJ).
This role provides specialist technical product development, management and support services for DCJ websites and intranets. Working within a lean agile cross discipline environment, this role delivers products in collaboration with a multi-disciplinary team that facilitates the achievement of business outcomes through process and technology.
Reporting to the Senior Digital Development Officer, Product Operations you'll assist in the implementation and management of technical development and evaluation of DCJ websites and intranets that achieve documented requirements and contribute to the department achieving its strategic objectives.
What you'll do
As a Digital Development Support Officer, you will:
The Communications Branch works collaboratively within Corporate Services to develop strategies, plans and resources that contribute to the department achieving its strategic objectives. The team works across digital and traditional communication channels, including print, social media, online (websites and intranets), events and face-to-face to deliver communication strategy that is aligned with the organisation's strategic objectives and NSW Government Design Standards.
The Digital Experience team is responsible for managing the DCJ websites and intranets. Through these channels we provide an inclusive, consistent, high-quality digital experience for our clients and customers.
