Qualified Baker

We are looking for a full-time Baker for MAHARUDRA PTY LTD T/as Bakers Delight , located at Shop

T1.12/453a Captain Cook Dr, Woolooware NSW 2230, Australia. This is a full-time position

(38 hours per week). You will be reporting directly to the Head Baker and will form a key part of a team

responsible for providing high-quality service.

Duties and Responsibilities

 Loading and unloading the pastry in out of ovens

 Checking the cleanliness of equipment and operation of premises before production runs to

ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations

 Checking the quality of raw materials and weighing ingredients

 Maudling the dough in a required shape and size

 Bun rounder for making rolls, and baking bread

 Kneading, maturing, cutting, moulding, mixing and shaping dough and pastry goods

 Preparing pastry fillings

 Bun rounder for making rolls, and baking bread

 Using all tools & equipment required for the baking of bread. Including knives

 Monitoring oven temperatures and product appearance to determine baking times

 Coordinating the forming, loading, baking, unloading, de-panning and cooling of batches of

bread, rolls and pastry products

Qualifications and Experience

 Must have Minimum of Certificate III or IV level

 Must have experience worked as Baker for more than 1 years

Any successful applicant must be a team player, able to work under pressure & maintain a high level of

cleanliness

In return we offer a salary between $80,000 - $85,000 and a chance to work with a great team of
