Five Creative is a WordPress digital agency. We design and build websites, and look after them long term for around 40 clients, from small not-for-profits to big multi-site accounts. We're a small, senior team, there's no layer of management between you and the client, and we take pride in doing great work. We're growing fast and looking for someone sharp enough to grow with us.

You'll be the person standing between our Director and Head of Digital Projects and the day to day running of client work, and you'll own that fully. We'll keep working directly with clients on kickoffs, key WIPs, and milestone reviews, and put more of our own time into strategy and growth. Everywhere else, you're the one they come to, backed by a great team of developers and designers you'll be working alongside every day. You run our support desk, you're the first point of contact when a client has a question or needs an update, and you keep every project tracked in Teamwork so things keep moving. You'll also translate client conversations into briefs our developers and designers can actually work from, which means you need to understand what we do well enough to speak both languages, client and technical.

• Project coordination. You keep every project tracked in Teamwork, tasks, timelines, and status all reflecting where things actually stand, and you own the admin that goes with it, client folders, templates, project files, so nothing gets lost between a conversation and the work getting done.

• Client comms. You're the one fielding questions, chasing down answers, and sending clients the "here's where we're at" update before they have to ask for it. We talk to people like people, and that's the standard you'll carry into every reply.

• Support desk. Every ticket that comes through Teamwork Desk gets triaged, answered, or handed to the right person. We have our Developer team across this day to day, but you're the second set of hands keeping it moving.

• Briefing the team. You turn client conversations and meeting notes into briefs our developers and designers can pick up and run with, which means understanding enough about WordPress, design, and how sites get built to speak their language.

• Resourcing. When a job needs extra hands, you help find and coordinate the right freelancer, contractor or supplier for it.

• 1-3 years in an agency, marketing, or project coordination role, open to less if you can show the right mindset

• Solid working knowledge of WordPress, how sites are structured, what breaks, what a dev needs to know to fix it, plus enough grasp of design and code fundamentals to translate a client ask into a brief a developer or designer can actually run with

• Comfortable working with creative and technical teams, you don't need to build or design yourself, but you need to be able to talk to the people who do

• Familiar with Teamwork Projects and Teamwork Desk, or similar tools, and comfortable picking up new systems fast

• Confident using AI tools like Claude or ChatGPT to support research, briefs, and day to day work

• Working knowledge of Figma, comfortable navigating a design file

• Comfortable enough with tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and Google Tag Manager to know what they are, log a task accurately, and know what to ask the digital team for

• Takes initiative on client comms without being told to, you see a question, you answer it or chase down who can

• Comfortable making a call and filling a gap yourself, rather than escalating everything back up the chain

• Calm under pressure, comfortable with shifting priorities

You'll work directly alongside senior leaders and get broad agency exposure fast. We're hybrid from day one. It's a small, collaborative team where your contribution is visible and it counts..
