Labour & Recruitment Manager

E-Tech Group is seeking a commercially driven Laboour & Recruitment Manager to support our growing Construction team. This role suits someone with a strong sales or recruitment background who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle — sourcing, interviewing, placing, and onboarding construction labour and trades across multiple active projects. Success will be measured by speed, quality of placements, and your ability to consistently deliver workforce solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and place construction labour and trades
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
• Conduct interviews and manage onboarding
• Develop recruitment strategies to maximise fill rates
• Maintain strong stakeholder and candidate relationships

About You:

• Sales or recruitment experience (construction highly regarded)
• Results-driven and commercially focused
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Able to manage multiple roles in a fast-paced environment
