About The Opportunity

We are currently seeking professional, reliable and customer-focused Retail Security Officers to join our team across multiple retail sites.

We have opportunities available for Full-Time, Part-Time and Casual Security Officers, with positions available at the following:

Duties And Responsibilities

As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to:

Deliver exceptional security services while maintaining a high standard of customer service Guard, patrol, and monitor assigned premises to ensure safety and prevent loss or damage Control and manage access to the premises, ensuring only authorised individuals are permitted entry Respond promptly and effectively to emergencies, incidents, and alarm activations Identify, assess, and address potential security risks or hazards Conduct regular surveillance through patrols and monitoring systems (e.g., CCTV) Prepare accurate incident reports and maintain detailed records and data logs Liaise with management, staff, and emergency services when required Support the enforcement of company policies, procedures, and safety regulations Provide assistance to customers and staff while maintaining a secure environment

Key Selection Criteria

We’re Looking For Candidates Who

Hold a current Security License and valid First Aid & CPR certificationHave proven experience in the security industry (Retail Prefered)Possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbalCan work collaboratively in a team or independently

Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends, is essential
