Online Store All-rounder: Packing & Sending, Customer Service, Stock Management

About us

We are a small, alternative, eco-friendly, sustainable fashion brand selling our designs worldwide through our website and Amazon. 

We are looking for a computer-savvy person to assist us with customer service, packing and sending orders, managing stock, and updating the website and social media profiles.

Training will take a few months, with a few hours per day.

We are based in South Murwillumbah.

Looking for flexibility? This is a part-time role shared with another team members. You'll generally work 2 days a week (bumping up to 3 during busy times).

You and your partner are free to arrange your own days, as long as the role is covered Monday to Friday. Plus, if you want to earn extra, you can grab a weekend shift at a higher rate.

Qualifications & experience

·       Exceptional Customer Service and Communication Skills

·       Familiarity with online retail, online stock management, marketing, social media, and SEO

·       Computer and Tech Savvy - most of the work is on the computer

·       Stock management

·       Good typing skills

·       Ability to work autonomously

·       Think outside the box

·       Interest in fashion

·       Curiosity and the ability to learn new things

·       Attention to detail

Tasks & responsibilities

·       In training: 2-5 hours a day. After training, averaging 6 hours a day, longer on busy periods and Mondays.

·       Answering Customer Messages and emails

·       Processing returns

·       Packing and sending, creating postage labels with Australia Post and DHL

·       General administration

·       Website content management (Shopify, Amazon)

·       Social media posting

·       Stock Management

·       Lifting up to 20kg

·       Keeping a clean and tidy workspace
