Realm26 is a hybrid of retail and ritual, part barbershop, part lifestyle and all about the experience.

Located on Beaufort Street in Highgate, we have created a space where barbering, style and culture come together. Our clients do not simply come in for a haircut; they come for the atmosphere, the service and the way they feel when they walk out.

As Realm26 continues to grow, we have just two positions remaining for experienced Barbers to join our team. This is an opportunity to become part of Realm26 at an exciting stage of our expansion and help shape the future of a distinctive, premium brand.

We are looking for Barbers who take their craft seriously, bring personality and energy to the shop, and want to grow with us as we expand into multiple studios. If that sounds like you, this could be your place.

The Role

You will deliver consistently high-quality barbering services while helping create the Realm26 experience for every client.

You will:

• Deliver modern and classic cuts, fades, scissor work, styling, beard trims and shaves

• Take the time to understand each client and recommend styles that suit them

• Build genuine client relationships and encourage repeat clientele

• Take ownership of your work, your chair and the presentation of the shop

• Greet and look after clients, whether they are booked with you or another barber

• Keep the shop clean, organised and running smoothly

• Stay current with barbering trends, techniques and products

• Represent Realm26 in how you present, communicate and work
  

About You

You:

• Hold a Certificate III in Barbering or Hairdressing, or an equivalent qualification

• Have at least two years of relevant barbering experience

• Are confident across fades, clipper work, scissor cuts, beard work and current styles

• Take pride in the quality and consistency of your work

• Understand that great barbering is as much about people as it is about technical skill

• Are reliable, professional and well presented

• Bring positive energy and enjoy being part of a team

• Take initiative and notice what needs to be done

• Want to continue developing your craft and grow with the brand

• Own clientele a bonus but not essential
