Fade Lab is a modern, premium barbershop built around quality barbering, precision cuts and an exceptional customer experience.

Following the success of our Aspendale location, Fade Lab Frankston is continuing to grow, and we’re looking for experienced barbers who want to join a professional, supportive and ambitious team.

We’re looking for experienced barbers who are confident behind the chair, passionate about their craft and take pride in consistently delivering high-quality work.

You’ll be joining our Frankston team in a modern, premium shop with a growing and loyal customer base.

We want barbers who enjoy what they do, work well within a team and want to be part of a workplace where quality and customer experience come first.

• Deliver high-quality men’s haircuts, fades, skin fades, tapers and beard services

• Provide an excellent customer experience

• Build strong relationships with new and returning clients

• Maintain a clean and professional workstation

• Work confidently and efficiently in a busy environment

• Contribute to a positive and supportive team culture

• Represent the Fade Lab brand with professionalism and pride

• Minimum 2+ years barbering experience preferred

• Strong skills in fades, skin fades and modern men’s styles

• Confident with clippers, scissors and beard grooming

• Strong attention to detail

• Friendly, reliable and well-presented

• Great communication and customer service skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• A genuine passion for barbering and developing your skills
