The  NSW Public Sector Apprentices and Trainees Program are seeking enthusiastic individuals who would like to undertake a traineeship across various qualifications within NSWPF as part of the Technology and Communication Services Command, where you will gain on the job experience whilst obtaining a nationally recognised qualification.

The various roles available within the Technology and Communication Services Command and their locations are outlined below:

Certificate III in Information Technology: (24 Month Traineeship) 

• Parramatta, NSW 2150

Certificate IV in Cyber Security (36 month Traineeship)

• Sydney Olympic Park, NSW 2127

This role will support the delivery of NSWPF’s vision for creating a safer NSW.

• Please address each of the following Target Questions (500 word per question) and attach as a separate document.

 Target Question 1:

Describe a situation when you were able to improve a relationship by communicating effectively. What made your communication effective?

Target Question 2:

Using a piece of work you have done, describe what tools you used for planning your work, how you used them and what was the result?
