Are you a passionate Early Childhood Educator who loves inspiring confident, capable learners in their Kindergarten year?

Amaze Education Gaven is seeking an experienced and nurturing Certificate III qualified Educator to join our Kindergarten team, working alongside our Early Childhood Teacher to deliver a high-quality school readiness program that supports children on their journey to school and beyond.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated Educator with a genuine interest in Reggio Emilia-inspired practice, nature-based learning and children's wellbeing, who is looking to grow their career in a supportive and professional environment.

🌱 About the Role

As a valued member of our Kindergarten team, you will:

• Support the delivery of a meaningful Kindergarten program aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standard (NQS)

• Bring a Reggio Emilia-inspired approach to the room, supporting child-led, inquiry-based learning

• Support our Bush Buddies nature play program, fostering children's connection to the outdoors

• Foster positive relationships with children, families and colleagues

• Contribute to planning, observations and documentation of children's learning

• Champion the wellbeing of every child in your care, creating a warm, safe and engaging environment

• Create learning environments that promote confidence, independence and school readiness

• Uphold child safety, compliance requirements and Amaze values in all aspects of your work

• Work 5 days per week, Monday to Friday, to provide consistency for the children

🎓 What You'll Bring

• Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care (essential)

• Experience working with Kindergarten-aged children or in school readiness programs

• Experience with, or a strong interest in, Reggio Emilia-inspired practice

• Experience or genuine enthusiasm for nature play and outdoor learning programs

• Sound understanding of the EYLF, NQS and Early Childhood regulations

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Current Queensland Blue Card

• Completion of the Foundations of Child Safety Training through the Queensland Department of Education (or willingness to complete)

• Current and valid working rights in Australia
