Garment Technician (Men's and Womenswear)

About the Role

We’re looking for a passionate Garment Technician (Men’s and Womenswear) to bring garments from concept to completion – someone who thrives at the centre of the product journey, from design and sourcing through to sampling and production.

You’ll translate design ideas into commercially viable products that delight our customers. You’ll solve technical challenges as they arise, ensuring each garment is production-ready, commercially viable, and true to brand.

This is an ideal role for someone with a strong eye for product detail, a love of fashion, and solid technical knowledge of garment construction, fabrics, and trims.

What You Will Be Doing

• Develop and manage seasonal product ranges, creating technical packs, specifications, and construction details that support successful production.
• Review samples and participate in fit sessions, working closely with suppliers to resolve technical issues and ensure quality, fit, and consistency across all products.
• Manage development timelines and critical paths, helping to keep projects on track from concept through to production.
• Collaborate closely with Design, Buying, Sourcing, and Production teams to deliver products that align with brand direction, commercial objectives, and customer expectations.
• Research and identify new fabrics, trims, and product innovations while monitoring market trends and competitor activity to support continuous improvement and product differentiation.

What We’re Looking For

• Solid understanding of garment construction, fabrics, and production processes – with strong technical ability to troubleshoot fit, quality, and production issues with confidence
• Highly organised and detail-oriented, with excellent time management to meet critical seasonal and production deadlines
• Collaborative and adaptable, with strong communication skills across design, sourcing, and production teams
• Analytical mindset – able to interpret data, samples, and customer feedback to inform development decisions
• Passionate about fashion, innovation, and high-quality products – positive, resilient, and a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment
