About the Role:

Be part of the team behind safe patient care. Sterilising Services delivers essential reprocessing services across Canberra Hospital, North Canberra Hospital, and private healthcare providers throughout the ACT and surrounding NSW, ensuring critical medical equipment is ready when it matters most. The service is responsible for the cleaning, disinfection, and sterilisation of reusable medical devices, ensuring they are safely and effectively reprocessed for ongoing clinical use. In addition to RMD reprocessing, Sterilising Services manages the purchasing, repairs, and maintenance of new and existing reusable medical devices.

This exciting opportunity offers exposure to all areas of the service, including Canberra Hospital, North Canberra Hospital, and the Central Reprocessing Unit. As part of a dynamic 24/7 operation, you'll work across a rotating roster and gain experience in a fast-paced environment that directly supports safe, high-quality healthcare.
