Head of Retail

Reporting directly to the Managing Director of Retail, we are seeking an exceptional Head of Retail to lead Paspaley's boutique network and retail operations, driving commercial performance while delivering world-class client experiences across all retail channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the retail strategy across Paspaley's boutique network and e-Boutique.
• Drive sales performance, revenue growth, and commercial outcomes across all retail channels.
• Champion an exceptional client experience that reflects Paspaley's luxury brand standards.
• Oversee retail operations and strategic store projects.
• Lead, coach and develop high-performing retail leaders and teams.
• Drive client acquisition, client engagement, and initiatives.
• Foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and collaboration across the retail network.

• Senior leadership experience within luxury, premium retail, or client-centric businesses. 
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of driving sales growth and performance.
• Experience leading multi-site retail networks and high-performing teams.
• Passion for exceptional client experiences and customer engagement.
• An influential leader with outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills.
