Area Manager - Melbourne

We are seeking an experienced Area Manager to lead our Victorian boutiques, drive sales performance, develop high-performing teams, and deliver exceptional luxury client experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive regional sales performance and achievement of financial targets.
• Lead, coach, and develop boutique management and retail teams.
• Foster a high-performance culture focused on client excellence. 
• Monitor key retail metrics including conversion, ATV, CRM, and client engagement. 
• Parter with boutiques to identify opportunities for business growth.
• Ensure operational excellence across people, processes, and presentation. 
• Manage rostering, productivity, and store costs. 
• Oversee stock, security, and inventory management.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and performance management activities. 
• Build and maintain strong relationships with VIP clients. 
• Host client events and represent the Paspaley brand within the local market. 

About You

• Experience within luxury, jewellery, premium retail, or high‑touch client service. 
• Demonstrated success in a multi-site retail leadership role. 
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team development capabilities. 
• Proven ability to drive sales performance and business growth. 
• Excellent commercial, organisational, and communication skills.
• Passion for luxury retail and delivering exceptional client experiences.
