The company focuses on meeting budget and schedule requirements while maintaining flexibility and creativity in every project.Role Description This full-time, on-site Residential Architect/Building Designer role is based in Sandringham, VIC. The role involves developing concept designs for new homes, extensions, and renovations, and preparing detailed architectural drawings and documentation that comply with relevant regulations and planning guidelines. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with clients to understand their needs, refining custom home designs, coordinating with consultants and contractors, and responding to council or planning requirements. The Residential Architect/Building Designer will review designs for buildability and cost-effectiveness, support project submissions, and maintain clear communication throughout the design and approval process.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong skills in Residential Design and Custom Homes.Candidates should possess solid skills in Architecture and Architectural Design.Candidates should possess proficient Computer-Aided Design (Revit/CAD) skills.Relevant tertiary qualification in architecture, building design, or a related field.Knowledge of Victorian building codes, council regulations, and town planning processes.Experience preparing detailed design documentation and working drawings.Strong spatial, technical, and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with clients and project stakeholders.
