Customer Service Advisor - Full Time

Battery World Tweed Heads is looking for a personable, hard-working individual to join our small, tight-knit team of professionals.

 Full-Time Position Available

Duties and responsibilities: 

• Answer calls and enquiries 

• Helping customers with battery-related enquiries 

• Testing and fitting batteries, requiring the ability to regularly handle & carry loads up to 20 - 30 kilos

• Keeping the store stocked, presentable and clean

• Stock takes and inventory/cash handling management 

• Opening and closing of the premises when required

• Team-led KPI and sales targets 

• Roadside Battery Installation

The ideal candidate:

• Has a passion for 4WDing, camping, or boating and can use this first-hand knowledge to assist clients 

• Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with existing and emerging customers

• A current Australian driver's licence - Mandatory

• Punctual and reliable — we are a small team, and need somebody who will turn up when scheduled and help the team
