Dental Assistant and Receptionist | Mornington Peninsula

Are you a warm, highly organised professional with both dental assisting and front-desk experience? We are seeking a personable Dental Assistant and Receptionist to join our outstanding team, supporting two high-quality, modern practices on the beautiful Mornington Peninsula.

The Opportunity
We are offering a permanent full-time role structured over four days per week, providing an excellent work-life balance within a busy and supportive team.

Primarily based at Red Hill Dental Practice you will also support our associate clinic, Flinders Dental Practice. You will enjoy a varied role that keeps your days engaging by combining front-desk coordination with hands-on clinical nursing duties.

What You’ll Do

• Patient Experience: Welcome patients with a warm, professional manner and ensure a high standard of care.

• Appointment Coordination: Manage busy appointment books, oversee daily operations and strictly adhere to practice administrative protocols.

• Clinical Support: Assist chairside during a wide range of procedures, maintaining strict sterilisation and infection control protocols.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven Experience: Previous experience in both dental assisting and reception is essential.

• Technical Proficiency: Confidence in managing complex scheduling and patient management software.

• Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and organisational abilities.

• Clinical Standards: Skilled in clinical assisting and sterilisation procedures.

• Team Player: Ability to thrive in a collaborative, patient-focused environment.
