Dental Assistant/Receptionist Opportunity

Are you passionate about oral health and creating an exceptional patient experience? Due to the continued growth and expansion of our practice, we’re excited to welcome a friendly, motivated and caring Dental Assistant / Receptionist to our growing team.

This is a varied role combining chairside dental assisting and front-desk responsibilities, making it ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with patients, supporting clinicians and being part of a busy, collaborative team. From creating a warm welcome and coordinating appointments to assisting our dentists chairside, you’ll play an important role in ensuring every patient feels comfortable, cared for and well looked after throughout their experience with us.

• Have previous dental assisting experience; reception experience would be highly regarded

• Have experience with Invisalign and patient payment plans (preferred but not essential)

• Demonstrate a high level of empathy and a genuinely patient-centred approach

• Confidently assist with reception duties, including appointment bookings, billing, phone calls and patient enquiries

• Provide efficient and attentive chairside assistance to our dentists as required

• Assist with sterilisation processing, room changeovers and restocking

• Maintain exemplary infection control standards and practices

• Create a warm and welcoming experience for every patient and visitor

• Are reliable, adaptable and friendly

• Are self-motivated and confident using your initiative

• Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Enjoy working as part of a supportive team

• Have a positive attitude towards learning and professional development
