Full Time Reservationist

Metro Hotel Marlow Sydney Central

We have an exciting opportunity for a Full Time Group Reservationist to join our enthusiastic team at Metro Hotel Marlow Sydney Central 

Daily duties include but are not limited to:

Process all domestic and international group reservations from the quotation stage to check-in. 

Undertake all Group Reservation tasks such as actioning release backs, follow-up deposit schedules and loading rooming list.

Use of the hotel PMS (Room Master) to complete and process all reservations/amendments/cancellations made by telephone and email.

Responding to all other guest calls and e-mails in a timely manner.

Be up to date with current hotel promotions and packages.

Maintain a positive selling approach to maximise yield in both occupancy and rates.

Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.

Ability to effectively manage your time and multitask to ensure deadlines and timeframes are met.

Strong attention to detail to ensure all data is entered correctly.

Skills and experience:

Previous experience in a similar role.

Excellent Customer Service Skills.

Excellent communication skills, including both verbal and written.

High level of attention to detail.

Available to work full time and any extra hours if necessary.

Full working rights in Australia are essential to be considered for the role.

Experience is preferred.
