We're hiring a Cook

Role and Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for ensuring that the standard and quality of the food production is always maintained at the highest level.

This role is hands-on, requiring attention to detail and a positive work attitude.

Applicants must:

. Have a prior experience working as an Indian Curry Cook with good knowledge in Indian cuisine and spices

. Be passionate about serving the best food, and have an eye for visual display

· Be used to working in a fast-paced environment

· Be cable to work on their own and enjoy working as part of a team

· Ensure all food safety and product specifications are met

· Maintain a clean and safe work area

Qualifications:

• Must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a commercial cooking environment
• Buffet experience is preferred but no essential
• Must have excellent organisation skills
• Must be punctual, and self-motivated

Job Types: Part-time, Casual

Responsible to: Head Chef

Salary range: $60,000 - $65,000 per annum plus superannuation dependent on experience, negotiable.

Schedule:

• Evening shift
• Morning shift
• Rotating roster
