AI Automation Specialist

Regathered AI builds and deploys AI automation systems for Australian service businesses — SMS agents, email engines, reactivation campaigns and CRM automations. We're growing extremely fast and need a developer who can build, scope, and ship client systems end to end.

What you'll do

• Build client automation systems across n8n (SMS Agents + Email Agents)

• Scope and architect solutions from client requirements

• Liaise directly with clients — scoping calls, progress updates, and translating what they need into what gets built

• Integrate CRMs and third-party tools (HubSpot, GHL, ServiceM8, etc.)

• Ship fast, iterate on live client feedback, own your builds

What we're after

• Hands-on experience building automations / integrations (no-code, low-code, or code)

• Comfort with APIs, webhooks, and stitching tools together

• Confident dealing directly with clients — clear communicator who can hold a scoping conversation and keep a client updated

• Someone who moves quickly and takes ownership rather than waiting for a spec

• Bonus: AI/LLM experience (agents, prompt design, Retell/voice)

Examples of what you'll build

• SMS lead qualification agents — capture, qualify, and route inbound leads automatically

• Email reactivation campaigns — win back dormant or past customers

• CRM automations — pipeline updates, task creation, and syncing across tools

• Outbound email lead engines — enrichment, personalisation, and sending at volume

The setup
Remote, flexible. We're a lean, high-velocity team. There's a full-time path and a partner/revenue-share path depending on what suits you — happy to talk through both.
