We are seeking an organised and proactive Provider Services Officer to join our In Home and Community Care team on a part-time basis, working two days per week, with the possibility of increasing hours as the role and service needs grow.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys administration, compliance, stakeholder engagement, and working collaboratively to support quality service delivery. You'll play a key role in ensuring our network of service providers remains compliant, well-managed, and aligned with our commitment to delivering outstanding care and support services.

About the role
Reporting to the Provider Services Manager, you'll play an important role in supporting the administration, compliance, and coordination of Comlink's provider network. Working closely with internal teams and external providers, you'll help maintain accurate records, support onboarding and audit activities, and ensure providers meet organisational and regulatory requirements. This is a varied role ideal for someone who enjoys working with systems, building relationships, and keeping processes organised and compliant.
What a Typical Day Might Look Like
Supporting the onboarding and ongoing management of Associated Providers
Reviewing and maintaining provider compliance documentation
Tracking provider credentials and regulatory requirements
Preparing and issuing provider correspondence and notices
Assisting with provider audits and compliance reporting
Uploading and maintaining records across various digital platforms
Managing enquiries through the shared inbox and responding to quality and compliance requests
Coordinating documentation and evidence required for audits
Working closely with operational teams to ensure adequate provider coverage across service regions
Building positive relationships with internal stakeholders and external providers

About you
You'll be someone who combines empathy with sound judgement.
You'll bring:
Experience in administration, compliance, contract administration, office management, or a similar role.
Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
The ability to build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Experience working with systems, databases, and digital record management.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
A Certificate III in Business Administration, Community Services, Finance, or a related qualification (desirable).
Familiarity with compliance standards, audit processes, health and safety requirements, or regulated environments.
