About the Opportunity

Kidscape Early Learning Centre is looking for a full-time Centre Director based in Buronga, New South Wales. The service is located on the edge of the Victorian town of Mildura.

WE ARE ALSO OFFERING A $3000 SIGN ON BONUS!!

You are responsible for overseeing the operational, educational, and leadership functions of the Centre whilst drawing on your creative abilities to market and strategise.

More specifically, your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Overseeing staffing levels, routines, recruitment, and professional development of educators

• Ability to Build Occupancy

• Managing events ranging from open days to seasonal activities with community involvement

• Ensuring high-quality educational programming aligned with laws and regulations

• Driving family engagement, inclusive practices, and a safe, nurturing learning environment

• Coordinating compliance with all relevant regulations and reporting procedures

• Showcasing the centre’s personality and achievements through hands-on social media and local marketing
  

• Leading quality improvement planning and achieving operational and financial targets

About You

To qualify, you will need at least a Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care and 3 years of experience (Preferred) as a Director or Supervisor/2IC in an early childhood setting.

You must also hold:

• First Aid qualification in an Education and Care Setting

• Anaphylaxis and Asthma Management certification

• Valid Working with Children Check

• Accredited Child Protection Training

• Child Safety Training
