As Pivotel's Marketing, Communications & Growth Manager, you'll be at the centre of this transformation. 

You'll help tell the stories of: 

• Emergency communications networks deployed during natural disasters. 
• Remote Indigenous community connectivity programs. 
• Next-generation vehicle and field communications solutions. 
• LEO satellite innovations changing how Australia connects beyond traditional networks. 
• Critical infrastructure and government programs requiring resilient, secure communications. 

This role provides rare exposure to executive stakeholders, major government initiatives, emerging technologies and strategic market development across Australia and New Zealand.

The Opportunity 

Reporting to the Head of Enterprise & Government, you will lead marketing and growth initiatives that strengthen market awareness, generate qualified demand and position Pivotel as a recognised thought leader across Enterprise & Government markets. 

You'll work across: 

• Go-to-market strategy 
• Lifecycle marketing 
• Content and communications 
• Industry thought leadership 
• Customer advocacy programs 
• Account-based marketing 
• Events and executive engagement 
• Digital marketing and website management 
• Sales enablement and strategic pursuits 
• CRM and marketing performance analytics 
• Occasional engagement with Wholesale marketing 

This is a highly visible role with genuine autonomy and direct influence on business growth. 

What You'll Be Doing: 

Tell Meaningful Customer Stories 

Transform real-world deployments and customer successes into compelling content, case studies and campaigns that demonstrate Pivotel's impact across government, enterprise and regional markets. 

Build Market Credibility 

Develop thought leadership programs and content that strengthen Pivotel's position as a trusted voice across Enterprise & Government markets. 

Drive Revenue Growth 

Partner closely with sales leaders to: 

• Create targeted campaigns 
• Support priority opportunities 
• Develop account-based marketing programs 
• Contribute to pipeline growth and commercial outcomes 

Own the Customer Journey 

Help shape experiences from awareness through to adoption, renewal and expansion by using data, customer insights and modern marketing practices. 

Ensure Marketing Governance & Compliance 

Maintain high standards of accuracy, consistency and compliance across customer communications, marketing content, website information, price sheets and promotional materials. 

You'll work with the business to ensure alignment with relevant telecommunications regulatory requirements, including Telecommunications Consumer Protection (TCP) Code, ACCC obligations, privacy requirements and advertising standards. 

About You

You might currently be: 

• A Marketing Manager looking for broader strategic responsibility.

You’ll bring: 

• A university degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related discipline. 
• Strong written communication and storytelling capability. 
• Experience developing campaigns and content that deliver measurable outcomes. 
• Excellent attention to detail and quality assurance. 
• Curiosity about technology and emerging trends. 
• Confidence working across multiple stakeholders and projects. 
• Analytical capability and a commercially focused mindset. 

Experience in telecommunications, technology, SaaS, ICT, connectivity, IoT, infrastructure or government markets will be highly regarded but is not essential.
