Senior Marketing Manager

About the role

As a senior member of Kinetic IT’s Marketing team, you’ll play a key role in driving growth, strengthening our market position and connecting Kinetic IT’s capabilities with the customers, industries and opportunities where we can make the greatest impact. You’ll have primary alignment to our Federal Government, Defence and National Security market unit, while working across Kinetic IT’s broader business, including our Professional Services capabilities and strategic technology partner ecosystem. This is a senior, commercially minded B2B marketing role for someone who can move confidently between market strategy, go-to-market, account-based marketing, integrated campaigns and revenue performance. You’ll understand how marketing connects with sales, customer and partner activity to create and influence pipeline, and how the right data, platforms and processes make that connection measurable. You’ll work closely with sales, market, practice and partner leaders to turn customer needs, market opportunities and complex technology and professional services propositions into high-impact marketing programs. You’ll also help us evolve how marketing gets done, using data, automation, AI and increasingly integrated marketing and sales technology to make our marketing smarter, faster and more effective.
