Keeping a rental fleet moving takes plenty of coordination behind the scenes. As Rental Business Support Coordinator, you’ll be right in the middle of it coordinating machines coming into the fleet, preparing rental agreements, managing documentation and approvals, working with Service and Parts, coordinating suppliers and making sure equipment is ready to head back out to customers.

Based at either Wacol, QLD or Fairfield, NSW, you’ll support Komatsu’s Rental operations across Queensland and New South Wales, working closely with Rental, Service, Parts, Credit, Warranty, suppliers and our regional branch network.

You’ll have visibility across the full rental lifecycle, from machine release and fleet administration through to servicing, inspections, transfers and end-of-rental returns.

There’s plenty happening around you, so being organised, comfortable juggling competing priorities and willing to follow things through will be key.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Coordinate the end-to-end rental process, from machine release through to return.
• Manage rental quotes, agreements, billing and fleet records through Baseplan.
• Coordinate servicing, repairs, inspections and estimates with Service teams and suppliers.
• Manage machine and attachment movements, transport and pre-delivery requirements.
• Work across Rental, Service, Parts, Credit, Warranty and branches to keep the fleet moving.

Role Located: Open to position being based in either our Wacol, QLD or Fairfield, NSW offices.
