We’re on the hunt for an Operations Assistant to join us in Melbourne and support our Operations team in delivering seriously slick billboard campaigns.

You’ll help coordinate campaign logistics, input and manage project data, and make sure all the moving parts behind our ads are running like a well-oiled Corolla (see above). From keeping internal systems up-to-date, to preparing reports, to communicating with internal teams and partners—you’ll be right at the heart of the action.

Here’s a taste of what you’ll be across:

• Assisting in campaign data input and delivery tracking

• Providing admin support like a legend—think maintaining documents, prepping reports, and more

• Making sure all data and project info is accurate and up to date

• Being the comms bridge between internal legends and external partners

• Supporting performance monitoring and reporting

• Plus whatever else comes your way (we love a team player)
