About The Role

We are recruiting a Full-time Supervisor to support cleaning operations at educational facility in Newcastle.

This role involves Monday to Friday 12pm to 8pm shifts, providing leadership and hands-on support to our cleaning teams operating within school and learning environments.

You will play a key role in maintaining high standards of cleanliness, supporting team members, and ensuring safe, efficient service delivery at the school.

What You’ll Be Doing

Leading and supporting cleaning team members across assigned siteConducting quality checks and ensuring safety and complianceAssisting with task allocation, inductions, and on-the-job coachingProviding clear communication between sites and Quayclean managementSupporting rostering, attendance checks, and workflow coordinationMaintaining high standards of presentation and service delivery
