About the Role

As Chef, you will be responsible for:

• Planning and preparing high-quality meals and menu items;

• Developing menus and daily specials;

• Supervising food preparation and presentation to ensure consistency and quality;

• Monitoring stock levels and ordering supplies;

• Managing food costs and minimising wastage;

• Ensuring compliance with food safety and hygiene standards;

• Training and supervising kitchen staff;

• Maintaining a clean, organised and efficient kitchen environment.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will:

• Hold relevant chef qualifications;

• Have at least 1-year relevant Chef experience;

• Have strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen operations;

• Be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment;

• Demonstrate excellent organisational and communication skills;

• Be committed to delivering high-quality food and service.
