Accountant - Business Services & Taxation

We are currently after an efficient self-motivator, to join our growing professional team. We offer a very flexible work environment, as an Intermediate Accountant - Business Services & Taxation. The position is full time, standard hours are Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm.

The Role:
Intermediate Accountant - Business Services & Taxation working on a portfolio of clients reporting directly to the Senior Accountant and Client Manager. Tailored training and mentorship from experienced accountants and hands on partners help create an atmosphere of professional development.

Preparation of tax returns for Individuals, Trusts, Companies, Partnerships & SMSF. 
Preparation of financial statements, BAS/IAS, FBT etc, client liaison. Monthly reporting procedures.
You will be part of our team, where you will experience a first class culture, and working conditions.
The successful candidate will be dealing directly with clients, handling the process end to end in some circumstances, with Director and peer guidance and review.

The successful candidate:
- CA/CPA  studying or completed (and an undergraduate degree in Accountancy)
- Minimum 2-5 years experience in Business Services & Taxation
- Must have excellent communication and organisation skills
- Experience dealing with clients face to face preferred
- Must be reliable, pro-active and hard-working 

Xero Practice Manager, Xero Tax and Xero Business software experience preferred.
