About the Role

You will be based at Concord Repatriation General Hospital, which has provided outstanding healthcare for more than 70 years. Building on its proud heritage of caring for the veteran community, the hospital now delivers a broad range of specialist and general health services to the communities of Concord, Strathfield, Burwood and surrounding areas.
      
As a Registered Nurse, you’ll be at the heart of patient care, using your clinical expertise, compassion, and teamwork skills to support patients through every stage of their healthcare journey. From delivering care to collaborating with the multidisciplinary team, you’ll play a key role in creating positive experiences and meaningful outcomes for patients and their families.

Ideal Candidate

• Current nursing registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (AHPRA).
• Recent acute nursing experience in Haematology, Oncology, Immunology, Renal or Neurology.
• Desirable skills: venepuncture, cannulation, IVAD management, blood and blood product administration, managing the deteriorating patient.
• Has availability to work Monday-Saturday (Day shifts only)
