About the role

• Provide exceptional guest service; menu recommendations, processing orders and payments accurately and delivering food & drinks promptly
• Manage workload and follow company procedures to increase productivity and ensure effective operations of the restaurant
• Collaborate with team to ensure smooth service including addressing guest needs & concerns
• Lead By Example by embodying our company's values and fostering a positive work culture

About you

• Passion for People: customer-focused with a strong commitment to providing exceptional service
• Communication Skills: outgoing, bubbly & enthusiastic personality with great customer service and communication skills
• Adaptability: ability to work in a face-paced and high-pressure environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Experience: at least 2 years restaurant experience and at least 1 year previous hands-on experience in a people management role with a basic understanding of POS ordering systems and a valid RSA
• Positivity: a team player with a willingness to learn and strong work ethic
• Flexibility: availability over a 7-day rotating roster; including weekdays, weekends and public holidays

Pay: $72,000.00 – $77,000.00 per year
