With a growing pipeline of Data Centres, Commercial Towers, Large-Scale Residential Developments and Education Projects, we're looking for an experienced Senior Estimator to help secure and shape our next generation of landmark projects.

The Opportunity

As a Senior Estimator, you'll play a critical role in winning work and driving project success from day one.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the preparation of high-quality tender submissions and pricing proposalsDevelop strong relationships with clients, consultants, suppliers and subcontractorsSource, analyse and negotiate contractor and supplier pricingMaintain accurate cost databases and benchmarking informationLead tender presentations and interviewsPrepare construction budgets and hand over projects to delivery teamsMentor and develop Estimators across the businessDrive continuous improvement across estimating systems and processes

What You'll Bring

Significant experience as a Senior Estimator within Tier 1 or Tier 2 construction - Minimum 10 yearsProven success pricing medium-to-large-scale building projectsStrong commercial and stakeholder management skillsAdvanced CostX and EstimateOne capabilityDeep understanding of construction methodologies and procurement strategiesA collaborative leadership style and passion for mentoring others
