IT Systems Administrator

We're seeking internal expressions of interest for a passionate IT Systems Administrator who has the ability to be quickly skilled to help drive the performance and reliability of our critical infrastructure. As an IT Systems Administrator, you’ll bring deep technical knowledge and hands-on expertise to manage, support, and optimise the infrastructure powering Odyssey’s operational environments.

You will be responsible for:

• Owning the end-to-end performance, security, and reliability of Odyssey’s IT systems with a strong focus on excellence in customer service.
• Configuring, remotely implementing, and maintaining all technology infrastructure (network, compute, storage) across our operational environments.
• Providing Tier 2/3 technical support, acting as a key escalation point for complex issues raised by the Customer Experience and Field Services teams.
• Working cross-functionally to ensure rapid response and resolution, helping us deliver seamless and uninterrupted service to our global player base.

What you bring:

• Broad knowledge of IT systems administration, with strong troubleshooting skills across network, compute, and storage domains.
• A proven track record of supporting high-availability infrastructure in a fast-paced, customer-facing industry.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve escalated issues with speed and precision.
