Experienced MC Operators

What you'll be doing

• Safely operate MC Road Trains within mine site and haul road environments

• Transport materials efficiently and on schedule

• Conduct thorough pre-start, post-start and shutdown vehicle inspections

• Work closely with clients and represent LMP professionally

• Monitor road conditions, hazards and equipment performance, reporting any issues promptly

• Adhere to fatigue management, site procedures and all relevant safety regulations

• Work collaboratively with the mining team to support production outcomes

What we're looking for

• Current MC licence - with a clean driving record (Mandatory)

• Standard 11 and Coal Board Medical (Mandatory)

• Drive In, Drive Out Only

• Proven experience in transport, logistics or heavy vehicle operations (Mandatory)

• Someone reliable, safety-focused and willing to jump in where needed

• Strong work ethic — not afraid to get your hands dirty

• Good attention to detail and ability to follow processes

• Solid communication skills and a team-first attitude
