The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-level clinical pharmacy services, including medication reviews, ward-based clinical support, and multidisciplinary collaboration. The contract is scheduled to commence on 04/05/2026 for an initial duration of 8 weeks. To be considered, candidates must demonstrate proficiency with the Merlin medication system.

Compliance is paramount; all applicants must provide an Australian Standard competency set, a valid Ochre Card (Working with Children Clearance), and a National Police Check (NPC/CHC/CRC) issued within the last six months by an authorized Australian authority. Completed Vaccination Preparedness Declaration (VPD) forms are also required prior to commencement. This role offers highly competitive locum rates, depending on experience.
