Job description:
An exciting opportunity has become available at Camdenville Public School. This is a permanent, part-time Service Leader role offering 30 hours per week, consisting of primarily split shifts in the mornings and afternoons Monday to Friday. You’ll have a meaningful chance to lead with compassion, offering top‑tier support to children and their families. You will be responsible for:

·       Leading and supporting a team of dedicated Educators within your school.
·       Building strong relationships with families and the school community.
·       Supporting the day-to-day operations and programming of before and after school care & vacation care.
·       Ensuring compliance with NQF standards and TASK policies.
·       Working closely with your Service Manager, supporting and assisting with administrative duties
·       A fun, inclusive, and enriching safe environment for children.

What we’re looking for:

You’re a motivated, passionate leader who truly cares about making a difference. You have:

✔ Leadership experience in OOSH, childcare or education.
✔ A Certificate III (or higher) in Children’s Services, Education, or a related field is preferred.
✔ A valid Working With Children Check (WWCC) and First Aid (HLTAID012).
✔ Completed Gecko Foundations of Child Safety Training.
✔ A positive, can-do attitude and great communication skills.
