Job Description
This is a permanent, part-time Deputy Service Leader role offering 27.5 hours per week, consisting of split shifts in the mornings and afternoons Monday to Friday. You’ll have a meaningful chance to lead with compassion, offering top‑tier support to children and their families. You will be responsible for:

·       Leading and supporting a team of dedicated Educators within the region.
·       Building strong relationships with families and the school community.
·       Ensuring compliance with NQF standards and TASK policies.
·       Working closely with our local Area Manager, supporting and assisting with administrative duties.
·       A fun, inclusive, and enriching environment for children.

What we’re looking for:

You’re a motivated, passionate leader who truly cares about making a difference. You have:

✔ Experience in OOSH, childcare or education (leadership experience a bonus!).
✔ A Certificate III (or higher) in Children’s Services, Education, or a related field is preferred.
✔ A valid Working With Children Check (WWCC) and First Aid (HLTAID012).
✔ A commitment to putting children and families first.
✔ A positive, can-do attitude and great communication skills.
